Art & Crafts Fair

Last updated on Oct 01, 2025

What is Campus Life's Art & Crafts Fair?

The Campus Life office hosts an annual bustling arts bazaar supporting local community artists.

The general public is invited to enjoy community while shopping for a wide variety of original artwork made by students, staff, faculty, alumni, friends of CCA, and local artists. This is a great opportunity to support local artisans, craftspeople, and designers and find unique, one-of-a-kind gifts like jewelry, prints, glass, ceramics, and clothing for loved ones or for yourself!

  • All Individual vendors (CCA students, alumni, staff, faculty, local artists, “Friends of CCA”, and CSOs) should use the lottery form linked here.
  • Shared Academic Classes/Programs should use the lottery form linked here.

How can I register to be a vendor?

Vendors are chosen through a lottery-based registration system. There are three different lotteries, depending on your status:

  1. Current CCA students – All current CCA students can enter this lottery for a free ½ table participation. Campus Life wants to provide opportunities for student involvement by removing financial barriers for participation.
  2. Academic classes/programs – Interested Program Chairs, Faculty, Shop Managers, can enter this lottery to have a shared class or program full table to showcase and sell student work.
  3. Paid vendors – CCA Alumni, CCA staff, CCA faculty, 'Friends of CCA' (status extends to friends, family members, partners, or personal referrals of current CCA community members), local artists, and current CCA students can enter this lottery with the intention to reserve a full table booth for a fee.
    1. Fees from all paid vendors directly support over 100 students’ free participation and help offset the high costs of producing this long-standing tradition.

What is the process and timeline for registration?

  1. If interested in vending, we recommend completing your respective vendor interest lottery form before the closing date. All Vendor Interest Lottery Forms will close on Thursday, October, 2nd at 12 p.m. (PT).
  2. Vendors will be chosen at random and will be emailed their status by Friday, October 3rd. All those not assigned a vendor spot will be kept in the lottery pool on a waitlist and may be notified later if a vendor spot opens up through October 17th.
  3. Vendors chosen from the lottery must complete their full registration by Monday, October 6th at 12 p.m. (noon) PT.
  4. Those who do not complete their full registration by the above deadline will forfeit their offered spot. The spot will be offered to another vendor on the Waitlist through October 17th.
  5. There is a separate registration lottery for faculty/staff interested in requesting a shared class/program table based on your class/program curriculum. Please email campuslife@cca.edu for this separate lottery form.

If you have any questions, email the Campus Life office at campuslife@cca.edu

Can I participate in the event without being a vendor?

A CCA Student Digital Showcase:

Current CCA students who don't feel ready, or who are not able to participate as a selling vendor at the fair, may be interested in A CCA Student Digital Showcase. Sponsored by the Office of Student Belonging & Inclusion, the showcase will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. This showcase will feature an array of CCA student art at the Art & Craft Fair that will not be for sale.
