Hours
Anyone who has been approved to access West 4 for the current class term can use the space between 7am and Midnight, Monday through Sunday. The Lab does adhere to building hours so if the campus is closed or closes before Midnight you will not be able to access the Lab during those times.
Access
Summer 2025 Access - Currently the West 4 AR/VR Lab is not open unless booked for Summer AR/VR Classes. You can still submit requests if you are a CCA Student or Faculty member and are interested in working on something over the summer that involves AR/VR technology. We can work to accomadate special requests if it is possible, but it is not gauranteed.
If you are a current CCA student or Instructor interested in using the AR/VR lab for a class session or to work on a AR/VR project, please fill out this request form.
Once access is approved and you have completed an orientation you will be given a 1-to-2-week access window for use depending on the needs of your project.
If you are an instructor requesting access for a class you will be given access for the duration of the semester unless you only need access for a designated time.

About the West 4 AR/VR Lab
The West 4 AR/VR Lab is dedicated to Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality intensive work. We currently provide two wired VR headsets, an HTC Vive and Oculus Rift S, at two PC stations in the lab but you can also visit the Media Center to check out additional AR/VR resources.
